Description

Seat Up 012 Car Seat by Chicco is the first car seat, which covers the 0+ groups (0- to 13 kg) to 2 (15-25 kg). Many different mounting options provide maximum flexibility. Approved as a Group 0+/1/2 according to ECE R44/04 for use in the car for children from birth up to 25kg in weight.

GROWTH

The headrest and seat belts can be adjusted simultaneously as little ones grow.

 

GROUP 0+ (0-13 KG)

The car seat has to be installed rear-facing, using car seat belts. It’s essential to ensure that air bags are deactivated every time you travel.

 

GROUP 1 (9-18 KG)

The Isofix system enables quick and easy installation, attaching the Isofix connectors and the Top Tether. For those cars not equipped with Isofix system, the car seat has to be installed using seat belts.

 

GROUP 2 (15-25 KG)

The car seat has to be installed using Top Tether and car seat belts, whilst the child is safeguarded by the car seat’s belts. For cars not equipped with Isofix system, both the child and the car seat are insured by vehicle belts.

 

RECLINING SYSTEM

The car seat in Gr. 0+ has to be reclined to the maximum position. In Gr. 1 and 2, the car seat can be reclined into 3 different positions, ensuring comfort even for older children

• Install rearward facing. In Group 0+, the car seat is installed rearward facing the road with seat belts. Make sure to always disable the airbag and have the seat tilted to position 4.In Group 0+, when you install the car seat in a rearward facing position, you must adjust it in the most reclined position.
• Use in Group 1 (9-18kg): 9 months to 4 years
• Installation with Isofix and Top Tether: When your car is fitted with the Isofix system, you can install the car seat quickly and easily. Isofix connectors and Top Tether straps are fixed in 3 easy clicks for maximum security.
• Installation with 3-point belt: When your car is not fitted with the Isofix system, you can install the car seat using the seat belts.
• In Group 1 and 2, the Seat Up 012 has 3 reclining positions for comfy travel and peaceful trip.
• Use in Group 2 (15-25kg): 4 to 6 years
• Installation with 3-point belt and Top Tether: You will be able to install the car seat using the Top Tether Strap and 3-point safety belt and secure your child with the car seat belts.
• Installation with 3-point belt: When your car is not fitted with the Isofix system, you can install the car seat and fasten your child with 3-point belts.
• The headrest and belts adjust simultaneously to adapt to your growing child.
